Bible Study and Journaling Supplies
We all know that all you truly need is to spend time in the good old-fashioned Bible. You don't need to spend a ton of money on fancy journals or supplies to spend time in the word of God. However, why not use the tools that we have at our fingertips to make studying your Bible more effective. I will include below the supplies I personally use to study the Bible. I am not sponsored by any of these products and will not receive a commission for any products purchased. These are truly just my favorite products to use while studying. Feel free to share any recourses or supplies you use in the comments as well.
My favorite Bible tabs are made by a small business, Idyllic Grace. These tabs are durable and come with a tool to assist with the alignment and placement of the tabs onto your Bible. They offer a wide variety of colors and designs suitable for male and female users. You can purchase them from Amazon or their website using the links below:
One of my favorite purchases for my Bible studies is definitely transparent sticky notes. These work so well for people who want to make notes or mark up their Bibles without the risk of damaging them. I use them both during church services as well as at home when I study.
To write on these sticky notes the best option is the Sharpie Ultra Fine Point markers. They do not smear and offer many different color options in case you use a color-coding system to study. You can most likely pick these up at any department store; however, I will include a link here too!
Another item that I always keep in my Bible bag are some highlighters. There are two types I really like and I alternate using them with really no rhyme or reason. The first set is from Mr. Pen. These highlighters are gel highlighters that do not bleed through the pages of your Bible. I love them and they come in many different color combinations.
The next set of highlighters that I often use is the Alohaster soft chisel tip highlighter set. These are more aesthetic on the outside than the Mr. Pen highlighters; however, they do bleed through in one of my Bibles with thinner pages which is why I tend to lean toward my Mr. Pen highlighters when using that Bible. These are my basic supplies for Bible studying. I also utilize my iPad and many templates that I have created for journaling. Please leave your favorite Bible supplies in the comments as I am always looking to try new methods and supplements for my studies.
